The ricotta pie is out of this world!!!! We as least get our cakes here as well. The rum snd strawberry shortcake are our 2 favorites.

Amazing local fresh pastries. Classics. No nonsense & so frigging good. Carry out only, no tables. So affordable! They wrap your stuff in a basic, unmarked anonymous white box - full of goodness - with like 10 wraps of string & off you go. Carrying that box is one of those things. It's just happiness. Whenever you put it down & cut that string you'll get smiles. So worth it.

Hands down, best cannoli in Boston area/Cambridge! Made fresh and with the best cannoli filling I've ever had. They also make a variety of cookies/pastries, really good pizzas, hefty ham & cheese croissants, tasty spinach & cheese croissants and so much more!

Love the old fashion Italian cookies at this place. Especially at the holidays, these cookies make such a great gift. They also have rustic pizza slices and many other goodies.

Love the cannolis freshly made with soft cream in crispy shell and topped with nuts/choc chips. Ricotta cream does not have strong flavor, quite mild. Best eaten fresh within 3 hours.

price 5/5 service 5/5 food 4/5 (depends on what you get) I past by this place randomly and decided to give it a try. I was curious about how italian pastries taste like outside of North End. Cookies: Much cheaper than Mikes, Modern, or Bova pastry shops in North End. The cookies are $10/lb. They have a variety of cookies to choose from (shape and color wise). I will give the cookies a 3/5 tastewise. They are kinda hard and not as buttery as the ones you get from North End. And I'm a little bit disappointed that they don't have pistachio or almond cookies. Rum cake: 4/5. Taste very good and you can tell the cakes are SOAKED in rum! Lobster tail: This is more like an americanized sfogliatelle. Unlike the ones in North End which are filled with ricotta cheese cream, the lobster tails here are filled with custard. Pizza: tasted amazing! they are square cut sicilian style pizza super fluffy dough and plenty of topping! key lime pie: 5/5. I loved the not too sweet whipped cream on the top! Def balanced out the lime filling inside! I liked it a lot. The prepacked Hermits bread is amazing!! Very strong molasses/ginger/cinnamon taste! Reminds me of christmas.

My family just got a cake from here and it was delicious! It was light and brimming with strawberries, and fresh whipped cream. Highly recommend!

An authentic Italian bakery right in my neighbourhood? Why did I not discover this earlier? If you don't want to trek to the North End, this is a fabulous alternative. The best part is that you need to spend only $5 to pay with a credit card. The staff is very nice and we're patient with all my questions. They have an assortment of baked goods, cakes, biscuits as well as savoury things. It is also very affordable! What more can you want? I went with some classics. I'll definitely be back to try more of their pastries.
